Way to good health – Fletcherism !!!

To summarize what is Fletcherism:

Fletcherism
1. Wait for a true earned hunger
2. Select the most appealing appetite.
3. Get the good taste of food in your mouth, masticate well.
4. have positive thoughts while eating.
5. finish it when you feel that you had had enough.
Horace Fletcher had written wonderful books on health and Nutrition. He himself is his study of research. He was obese, often felt tired and was a glutton with no physical activity, in his own words ” I am the person to whom insurance companies refused to insure” He turned around himself in terms of health and nutrition by applying his new discoveries of how to intake food.
The above points if followed in eating gives us maximum nutrition to our body irrespective of the food that we consume.
Disease, Chronic illness and tired feeling are a result of body not getting the required nutrients. To get proper nutrients to our body, the food has to be taken and masticated well that is the food once taken into the mouth, you have to shut your mouth, air shouldn’t enter the mouth, it has to be mixed well with the saliva, tasted with the tongue, ground well with the teeth, the semi solid juicy food then has to enter the alimentary canal, and eating this way the body gets the maximum nutrients.
The saliva contains various enzymes which are a must for proper digestion, the taste buds activates various other enzymes in the liver and the stomach, thus the mouth cavity has many mysteries for proper digestion, if we swallow the food, then we will not get the right nutrients.
Our body requires Carbohydrates, Proteins and fats along with water, vitamins and minerals.
Thus Fletcherizing improves digestion and Nutrition. Proper Nutrients ensure that the body doesn’t suffer from any disease.
